Shipping within U.A.E.

Shipping is for free for orders above 2000 aed within United Arab Emirates.

For orders below 2000 aed a shipping cost of 50 aed applies.

Normal Shipping time is 2-3 working days since the time your final product is ready.

To expedite shipping on the same day as the product is ready ( with cutoff being 12pm UAE time), a shipping charge of 75 aed applies for orders below 2000 aed and, 50 aed for orders amounting 2000 aed and above.

Outside U.A.E.

For other countries, shipping is free for orders above 1500 USD, for orders less than the stated amount are subject to delivery charges which depends on the area you are ordering from.

The delivery time also depends on the area you are ordering from.

The delivery time and amount is determined at checkout.

To inquire about expediting a shipment, please respond to your order confirmation email with interest regarding expedited shipping and associated fees specific to your order.

All shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Returns and refunds

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase on this site.

  • For bridal gowns and separates, once the order has been placed, we start with the process of creating your bridal wear with the pattern that fits closest to your body. 

Client can initiate the cancellation of their order within 5 working days after the order has been placed by emailing nilisha@nilishadesigns.com

Clients will be charged a non-refundable amount of 500 aed and the rest will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Please allow 20-30 business days to process your refund.

  • For bridal accessories, clients can initiate a return request for eligible items purchased on www.nilishadesigns.ae within 5 business days of receiving an order by emailing nilisha@nilishadesigns.com.

A client specialist will reach out to you within 24 hours of your request to assist in processing your return. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping for a returned item. 

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was delivered. All returned products are inspected upon arrival. Clients will be charged a non-refundable restocking fee of 250 aed.

The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 20-30 business days to process your return. We will reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Nilisha Bridals does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

Orders purchased on sale are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for bridal accessories once it has been delivered to the client.

If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 20 days of delivery date.

Email nilisha@nilishadesigns.com to inquire about a replacement size and/or color from those available. We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.

For bridal gowns and separates, once order has been placed, any changes in customization or exchange of designs has to be within 5 working days.
